Statewide Self-Exclusion
A statewide self-exclusion is available for those individuals who would like to voluntarily ban themselves from the state’s many gambling establishments. There are four time frames to choose from: 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or 10 years. It is vitally important to understand that a self-exclusion is IRREVOCABLE by OAPGG for the time frame specified and entering casino property may be considered trespassing. Once an individual has completed the required forms and been placed on the self-exclusion list, any and all winnings will be denied and the money donated to a nonprofit organization.
Not all tribes currently participate in the responsible gambling/self-exclusion program. Tribes not participating may choose to opt in at any time. Once a tribe chooses to participate they will retroactively receive the complete self-exclusion list. As a result, the tribal participation/casino list is ever changing and evolving.
